Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup Peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, and minced garlic. Add the beef slices and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. In serving bowls, arrange the shredded red cabbage, julienned carrots, and sliced cucumber.
  4. 4. Top with cooked beef, chopped cilantro, and chopped peanuts.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
