Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup sliced green onions
  • 0.25 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1-2 unit Thai chilies, finely chopped
  • unit unit Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  2. Add chicken broth, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in mint, cilantro, green onions, red onion, and Thai chilies.
  4. Serve in lettuce leaves.
