Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 4 cups Fish stock
  • 2 cups Diced tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the fish stock and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil.
  5. Add the diced potatoes and reduce to a simmer, cook until potatoes are tender.
  6. Add the fish chunks and cook until the fish is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
