  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add chicken thighs to the pot. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. 3. Remove chicken from pot and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
