Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 pcs carrots sliced
- 4 pcs potatoes diced
- 1 pc onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pcs bay leaves
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
2. Stir in salt, pepper, bay leaves, and tomato paste.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender.
4. Remove bay leaves before serving. Enjoy!
