  • ¼ cup sherry
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  2. 2. Add the crab meat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the heavy cream, milk, and sherry. Bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
