Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, fish)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the heavy cream and corn kernels. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the mixed seafood and cook until the seafood is just done, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
