Ingredients 

Steak

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Gravy

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 cups Beef Broth

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and mushrooms until tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir well. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
  5. Return the patties to the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
