- 1 unit Pie crust store-bought or homemade
- 4 unit Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 1 cup Ham diced
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the grated cheese, diced ham, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
