Main Ingredients
- 4 Flour tortillas
- 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle cheese over half of it.
Fold the tortilla in half and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cheese. Serve hot.
