  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  2. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle cheese over half of it.
  3. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cheese. Serve hot.
