  • 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and grated
  • 1 pcs Onion grated
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 0.25 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and grate the potatoes and onion. Place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Scoop a spoonful of the potato mixture and place it in the pan. Flatten it with a spatula.
  5. 5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
