- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko preferred
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
Coat each chicken breast with the Parmesan mixture, pressing down to adhere.
Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
