Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 package Tofu (cubed)
  • 3 tablespoons Miso Paste
  • 1 cup Dashi
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions (chopped)

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring water and dashi to a boil.
  2. 2. Reduce heat to low and add miso paste. Stir until dissolved.
  3. 3. Add tofu cubes and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
