Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Beef broth (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced for garnish
  • 1 cup Sour cream for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, heavy cream, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Serve hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, and a dollop of sour cream.
