Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups kale, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions 

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add kale, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well.
  4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Release the pressure manually and serve hot.
