Indian Tandoori Chicken Recipe
A flavorful and spicy Indian dish made with marinated chicken cooked in a tandoor or oven.

Marinade
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs skinless, bone-in
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
5. Serve hot with naan or rice.
