Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs skinless, bone-in

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
  2. 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. 4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. 5. Serve hot with naan or rice.
