Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber Cucumber sliced
  • 1 red onion Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  4. 4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it.
  6. 6. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  7. 7. Add the sliced chicken on top of the salad.
  8. 8. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
