Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 400 g Tomatoes chopped
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  5. Add tomatoes and coconut milk. Stir well.
  6. Simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
