Hungarian Goulash Recipe
A hearty and traditional Hungarian stew made with beef, onions, and paprika.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon paprika
- 1 kg beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft and translucent.
Add the garlic and paprika, and cook for another minute.
Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Pour in the beef broth, add the carrots, potatoes, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
