- 1 cup Spinach fresh
- 1 cup Kale fresh
- 1 piece Green Apple cored and chopped
- 1 piece Cucumber chopped
- 1 piece Lemon juiced
- 1 cup Water
1. Add spinach, kale, green apple, cucumber, lemon juice, and water to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
