Filipino Chicken Sopas Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups macaroni noodles
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add carrot and celery, cook for a few minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add macaroni noodles and cook until tender.
Stir in evaporated milk, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few more minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
