Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups macaroni noodles
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add carrot and celery, cook for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add macaroni noodles and cook until tender.
  5. Stir in evaporated milk, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few more minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
