- 1 cup Crab meat cooked and flaked
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 pie crust Pre-made pie crust
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
Stir in the crab meat and shredded cheese.
Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
