  • 1 cup Crab meat cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 pie crust Pre-made pie crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in the crab meat and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
