Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni cooked and drained
  • 1 cup cooked chicken diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • ½ cup red onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, diced chicken, mayonnaise, celery, and red onion.
  3. Add vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
