Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the carrots, celery, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
