Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the carrots, celery, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir well.
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
