- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 1 medium Cabbage chopped
- 2 large Carrots sliced
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook until they are browned on all sides.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
4. Add the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, salt, and black pepper. Continue to simmer for another 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
