Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 4 pieces Sub rolls
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
Place chicken on a baking sheet, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella slices. Bake for 20 minutes.
Toast sub rolls in the oven for the last 5 minutes of baking time.
Assemble subs by placing chicken on rolls. Serve hot.
