Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 pieces Sub rolls
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella slices. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Toast sub rolls in the oven for the last 5 minutes of baking time.
  7. Assemble subs by placing chicken on rolls. Serve hot.
