- 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
- 1 cup Uncooked Rice
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
