Ingredients

  • 1 can Corned Beef 12 oz can
  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 1 pc Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add the carrots and cook for a few minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the chopped cabbage and simmer until tender.
  5. 5. Stir in the canned corned beef, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
