Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 head Cabbage, chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, beef broth, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
