- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Buffalo or barbeque sauce
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- ½ cup Diced tomatoes
- ½ cup Shredded cheese
1. In a skillet, heat the shredded chicken with buffalo or barbeque sauce until warm.
2. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the cooked rice, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
3. Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides as you go to keep the filling inside.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
