Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Black Beans cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn frozen or canned, drained
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add black beans and corn to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in salsa and cook for another 2 minutes.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Fill each tortilla with the bean mixture and top with shredded cheese.
Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
