- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until it's browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Serve hot with rice and your favorite side dishes.
