- 3 lbs Beef Brisket
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 6 Sandwich Buns
1. Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Place the beef brisket on top of the onions.
3. Pour the BBQ sauce over the brisket.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender.
5. Shred the brisket using two forks and mix it with the sauce in the slow cooker.
6. Serve the shredded brisket on sandwich buns.
