- 1 gallon Apple cider
- 1 quart Apple juice
- 1.5 cups White sugar
- 1.5 cups Brown sugar
- 4 sticks Cinnamon Cinnamon sticks
- 1 liter Everclear 190 proof or similar high-proof alcohol
1. In a large pot, combine the apple cider, apple juice, white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about an hour.
3. Remove the pot from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
4. Once the mixture is completely cool, stir in the Everclear.
5. Pour the moonshine into mason jars and seal them tightly.
6. Store in a cool, dark place. The flavors will meld and improve over time.
