- 4 large Russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy on the outside and tender inside.
Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before serving.
