Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped Ahi tuna, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with lettuce and tomato slices.
