Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage mild or spicy
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 3 cups Kale chopped
  • 3 medium Potatoes sliced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 large Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Add the sliced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Add the cooked sausage, chopped kale, and heavy cream. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
