Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 1 large Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (15 oz), drained
  • 1 can Pinto Beans (15 oz), drained
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the pot. Cook until they are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and pinto beans.
  4. 4. Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
