  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, and feta cheese.
  2. Add the chopped mint leaves, olive oil, and lime juice. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
