Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 pc Avocado, sliced
  • 1 pc Lemon, juiced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and avocado slices.
  5. 5. Add cooked shrimp to the salad.
  6. 6. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Toss gently to combine and serve warm.
