Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped apples use a mix of red and green apples
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup halved grapes use seedless grapes
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts toasted
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to coat evenly.
