Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, blend shrimp until smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer shrimp to a mixing bowl. Add garlic, fish sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry shrimp balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
