- 500 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a food processor, blend shrimp until smooth.
2. Transfer shrimp to a mixing bowl. Add garlic, fish sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into small balls.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry shrimp balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
