Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the carrots, potatoes, celery, salt, pepper, thyme, and basil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
