Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Russet Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub potatoes clean and pierce them with a fork. Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
  3. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl, leaving a thin shell.
  4. Mix potato flesh with sour cream, milk, butter, cheese, bacon, chives, salt, and pepper. Spoon mixture back into potato shells.
  5. Place filled potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for another 15 minutes.
