Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can kidney beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth.
  5. Add the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
