  • 1 jar Roasted Red Peppers drained and sliced
  • 4 pieces Sandwich Rolls split
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Toast sandwich rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Spread mayonnaise on each roll, add lettuce, grilled chicken, and roasted red peppers.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
