Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass, chopped
  • 1 handful Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, combine coconut milk and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  2. 2. Add red curry paste, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well.
  3. 3. Add mushrooms, chicken, ginger, garlic, and lemongrass. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
