Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, cabbage, and cilantro.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar.
  5. Combine cooked chicken with the vegetable mixture and toss with the sauce.
  6. Divide the mixture among tortillas and wrap them up.
