Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef Sirloin thinly sliced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Herbs (Mint, Cilantro, Basil) chopped
Dressing
- 3 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Grill the beef slices until cooked to your liking. Let it rest and then slice thinly.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and fresh herbs.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chili flakes, and olive oil to make the dressing.
4. Add the grilled beef slices to the mixing bowl with the vegetables and pour the dressing over. Toss everything together until well combined.
