Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and rice vinegar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Add to the saucepan.
  3. Add garlic powder and ginger powder. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator.
